In person absentee voting in Canyon County will begin on Tuesday, October 9th for the November 6th General Election.
In-person absentee voting will be available starting October 9th at the Canyon County Elections Office located at 1102 E. Chicago Street in Caldwell. Absentee in-person voting is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The last day to vote absentee in-person will be Friday, November 2nd . Voters will have until 5:00 p.m. to cast their ballot on the final day.
Voters can also request an absentee ballot be sent to them in the mail by writing the Elections Office at the address above. You must be registered at your current address. Your request must include your complete name and local address, the address you want the ballot mailed to (if different than your local address) and your signature. Written requests must be received in the Elections Office by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 31st.
