It is the responsibility of all property owners to control noxious weeds on their land. If minimal or no attempt is made to control noxious weeds on your property, the Canyon County Department of Noxious Weed Control may proceed pursuant to the law to have the weeds controlled. The owner will incur the expense of abatement and it shall constitute a lien and be entered as a tax against the land to be collected as other real estate taxes are collected.
