| Applications for Subdivisions can be found on the Online Forms Page. Subdivision bonding Subdivision (Canyon County Zoning Ordinance No. 05-002, Article 17): The subdivision of any lot, tract or parcel of land into more than four (4) parts for the purpose of development or transfer of ownership.* *If the subdivision is located within an Area of City Impact, that city's Subdivision Ordinance will apply. The Subdivision Review Team meets on Tuesdays to review applications and plats submitted to Development Services. To have an item reviewed it must be dropped by Friday. NOTICE: When platting is required... All subdivision improvements and amenities shall be completed and certified by an engineer registered in the State of Idaho prior to the Board of County Commissioners’ signature on the final plat. OR All subdivision improvements and amenities shall be bonded at 120% of the estimated costs prior to the Board of County Commissioners’ signature on the final plat. |
