If paying by Credit or Debit Card, please email a good telephone number and the best time to call between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. MST. Please be sure to add as much of the required document information (see above information) as possible in the email. We can then pull the file and advise you on the cost when we call you back. We don’t advise sending credit card information by email.
Credit Card: We accept Mastercard and Visa. We will need the card number, billing name, address and the expiration date.
Money Order or Business Check: If you do not have a credit card, we will accept a money order or a business check. These may be sent to us with a self addressed stamped envelope to the above address.
Cash: accepted for in office pick up.
An additional shipping fee of $2.50 is charged for CD’s (to be paid at the time of ordering).
– Transcription of Magistrate Court and Grand Jury hearings
– Testimony hearings (as ordered by the District Court)
When requesting transcripts, you will need to provide the following information:
– Your Name, address and telephone number
– Case number or Type of Hearing
– Commencement Date of Hearing
– Requested timeline of completion: 30 days, 7 days, 1 day
The estimated cost of requested transcripts will be sent by mail. Processing will commence upon payment to the Transcript Department.
– $3.25 per page for transcripts completed in 30 days
– $4.25 per page for transcripts completed in 7 days
– $5.25 per page for transcripts completed in 1 day
