The Board of Canyon County Commissioners has proclaimed Aug. 18-22 Caldwell Night Rodeo Week in Canyon County, and encourages all residents and county employees to dress in western wear during the week to show their support of the rodeo, which is celebrating its 75th year.

In a proclamation, signed Aug. 14, the commissioners say that “by according special recognition to rodeo week, special recognition is in turn given to the history, values and future of our county.”
