To celebrate Halloween, the Canyon County Courthouse will be decorated for the holiday, and will host trick-or-treaters Friday, Oct. 30, from 2-4 p.m. Employees donate treats, which are provided to children during the afternoon. Employees are also welcome to dress in costume for the day.
