Following the Prosecutor’s Office decision yesterday to decline criminal charges against either partypdf involved in the July 27 incident involving a verbal disturbance on private property involving census workers and the property owner and a neighbor, the Canyon County Sheriff’s Office has released the 911 calls and the body camera footage from the deputies who responded to investigate the incident. Since no charges were filed, the 911 calls and body cam footage is considered part of the public record. Both 911 calls and the footage from the three body camera videos can be viewed below.
